Complementary PUFA

Polyunsaturated fatty acids

Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs), specifically Omega-3s like EPA and DHA, are essential fatty acids critical for brain function and development.

Because the human body cannot synthesize them, they must be obtained through diet or supplementation, where they are utilized as a complementary intervention to support cognitive health and reduce inflammation.
